I just had a very pleasant experience with one of QVC's customer service representatives...Elizabeth.
Pleasant, respectful, efficient. Sounded mature and seasoned. She is excellent. Please let her and her manager know.

I had a similar experience yesterday with Susan from the QVC Social Team. She went over and above taking care of my issue with an order.
There are so many rants on this forum about the Q, hosts, shipping, CS, and so on. I think it is important to call out the good things that happen. It happens more than we read here.

Well, let’s make this a threepeet... I, too, had need to call Customer Service today and Ashley answered my question and resolved my situation before it could become a problem.
I am elated and regret putting off the call and appreciate her efficiency.
Good job QVC and take good care of Ashley - she deserves it !

wouldn't it be nice for those workers to see this? There has got to be a better way to give good feedback than on this forum.
Is there a main QVC email addy or something?

The moderators will send my message to the representative and her manager. They haven't seen it yet, but one of them will probably leave a comment here.
