@chrystaltree, I've been reading a great deal this week about this case and there no mention of her ever being arrested for selling counterfeit art like her husband. Can you supply a link? BTW, she's from Serbia!
@JaneMarple And just for kicks and giggles-don't we all buy those supplies at Home Depot while wearing blue surgical gloves with a matching blue surgical mask and pay cash? Cash I can get behind in general but:
Don't we all search the internet on how to dispose of a 115lb body?

@Trailrun23 wrote:I do think his fraud charge is relevant in that it shows how he is deceptive and thnks nothing of avoiding the truth. The house detention was a farce. If he had been in jail none of this could have happened.
@Trailrun23 The fraud charge does not prove he killed her. That is the point.
He certainly is deceptive but one crime does not lead to the other.
Had he been suspected in the death of another wife then it might be more relevant that he was involved in fraud and therefore deceptive and had criminal tendencies toward murder.

COHASSET, Mass. — Multiple sources tell 25 Investigates that cutting instruments, including a hacksaw and a rug believed to contain biological evidence, were recovered by police investigating the disappearance of Ana Walshe, a mother of three from Cohasset. Two sources speaking on the condition of anonymity said the biological evidence is believed to be blood and human tissue. The items have been photographed and will be sent for testing.
The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday morning that “search activity conducted north of Boston yesterday resulted in a number of items being collected.”

This guy is not a brain trust or master criminal if he killed her.
Bloody knife in the basement, on camera buying a metric ton of cleaning supples, internet searches of how to get rid of body etc. Obviously he doesn't watch Dateline/ID to see how murderers are caught.
I saw him on the news last night. My first thought...........he has a very punchable face. Smug weasel.

I read he was in a psychiatric facility for years. That figures.

Mr. Walshe is a real sleaze ball and has a long history of being a sleaze ball. He has most definitely done away with Mrs. Walshe.

He had a big grin on his face when he was walking with two police officers.....DH said he wanted to wipe the smile off his face for him. I can't imagine how much easier he can make it for law enforcement and prosecutors in nailing him for his wife's disappearance. It's almost like he wants to be charged and convicted. Those poor children. Ages 2, 4, and 6.
Is the tv show America's Dumbest Criminals still on the air? He would be perfect on it.

I'm not sure his father could prove it or didn't want to press charges against him for running off with $800,000. The money was the gain of a house that his father sold. Brian's father didn't have anything to do with is son after this. His father was a doctor who eventually left Brian out of his will. Brian destroyed the will and fought other family members for the proceeds.
