I don't mean to give the wrong impression - Maine is not my home state, it's our favorite place to vacation.  Just love the beauty & especially the coastline.

My home state is MA.

I agree about the Maine blueberries, the best.  I do love lobsters but for me, very messy so I cheat - I go for the lobster rolls & other dishes that contain lobster.

I guess the climate in the NE areas can be challenging but I think most of us appreciate the seasons here.  For me, I deal with the cooler weather much easier than the high heat & humidity.  Just zaps my energy.

I'm old, and haven't changed my nic on these forums. If you were here previously when there were only 6 total forums? I was here how ever many years ago that was.

Always been in the minority here as a male, but have enjoyed every minute here. Hope to see you in the few forums I frequent regularly.

I feel priviledged you posted on my topic.  I remember you & have seen many of your posts thru the years.  You're so very friendly & caring.

I'm guessing it's been about 4/5 years since I posted.  Many topics were quite political which I don't mind as long as it's on equal playing grounds .. meaning having a civil conversation.  But, unfortunately, there were a few that weren't.  I just tired of the meaness.

Anyways, I hope you, you wife (sorry I forgot her name) & all of your precious furbabies are doing well these days.  Happy Fall Season,

Welcome back, @ScenicMaine!  I've been posting here since 2007, but read posts on this board before then. My nic has always been the same. 

Maybe we posted together?  Have wondered what happened to some posters "back then". 

I post later in the day, and not nearly as often as I did at one time, but still make it a point to check in here most days.
