They put it back up for sale with a note telling customers to not worry about the smell!! They’re asking us to use less of the product & rinse if we still find the odor offensive.
That stuff made me & countless others ill. The reviews are terrible .They have about 900 bad reviews up & about 200 good ones.Out of 1200 reviews it got a 1.9 rating!!
I’ll pass & stick with what I’ve been using.

Yes me too. I sent it back as well. I had ordered the warm vanilla and it smelled like bug spray to me. There are so many other natural products out there that I can use, it was truly awful.

I ordered two of them, linen and orange. Absolutely the worst smelling stuff - can't tell one from the other - both smell like bug spray. Can't believe they sold it with soooo much fanfare. Both orders are going back. All the rinseing in the world didn't get rid of the bad smell. Aired the whole house out to get rid of it. Husband looked at me like I was crazy. to have bouoght it. How would one know how it smells buying it on TV. I'm done with Joy's stuff.

They must be confident in the product. Mass hysteria sometimes occurs.

They probably have a warehouse full of the stuff and they are hoping to stop the returns by putting that note. I never heard of a product suggesting a rinse if the smell is too strong. It is ridiculous that they showed spraying it into the air and now they say use a little and rinse. Someone is trouble with this fiasco.

@AuntG....ITA, and I don't think this is going away any time soon. It wil go on and on and on, with numerous threads. The haters are going to hate. It's no different than when someone complains about any other vendor/host/product.

I give them credit for putting it back up with that note (1.9 is slightly better than before they pulled it when it was a 1.7 or 1.8).
I find it interesting that the note also says:
Thymol is found in products many of use daily as a powerful antiseptic/disinfectant. MiracleClean is infused with Forever Fragrant technology, so you’re left with the subtle scent of Orange Blossom, Warm Vanilla, Fresh Linen or Spring Meadow after the scent of Thymol dissipates.
I'm not quite sure you're left with a subtle scent of these fragrances, based on the reviews. Even many who give it good reviews for how well it cleans seem to comment on how bad it smells. I suppose you can try using less and/or rinsing and see if that helps. We shall see.

It will probably end up at a Big Lots or the dollar storesif they have to off load it due to miserable sales.

HSN knows the drill with Joy. She comes in on a Friday night with a "Today's Special", she sells hundreds of thousands,, the product ships right away, three days later there is mass social media uproar from a majority who bought her junk, and her lies, and the lies of the HSN host.
Joy was probably taught this by Bob Circosta, and some of the other OG's of TV shopping. To put in perspective HSN is in 90 million homes. There will always be plenty to sell to.
So, they pull the product off the HSN website for a couple days until everyone settles down, and then they put it back up like nothing ever happened.
She comes back in 4 months with a new Today's Special, and does it all over again.
Wonder what her next legacy will be in a few months? Maybe it will be a repeat of the Miiracle Clean. ![]()

As they say in the business world...'the customer is never wrong'...wow I can't believe HSN would continue to sell a product with such low ratings from customers who bought it. Anyone can read reviews and that would make me run from the stuff.
