Hi - I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed Michele Lau on Gem Day. I think she is a great addition to the QVC family. I have watched Michele's presentations for many years and have always enjoyed them. She is very knowledgable about colored gemstones and I have learned a great deal from her. She is also a very compassionate and caring person. I will be purchasing my gemstones from Michele on QVC. Ii hope everyone will do the same! My thanks to QVC for bring Michele on board!

I never purchase gems from the Q, that being said, I do think the world of Michelle, she was always a very caring, compassionate host on HSN, lots of luck to her.

QVC must be thrilled to see how the addition of Michelle Lau has motivated a few people to join the forums here. I've never heard of her except for the recent threads. She's apparently got quite a fan club. Look forward to catching one of her shows to see what all the buzz is about. 😊

She is new to me since I have nevered purchased from any of those other stations. I have a different opinion, perhaps because of my unfamiliarity wiith her. Did not enjoy listening to her at all. I know I will get reprimanded by a few on here because of my opinion. Way too overbearing in what I watched.

I hope you will get the chance to listen to her gemstone shows. She really does a great job and has a wealth of knowledge about gemstones. i have watched her for many years and she always does a fabulous job.
