@Enufstuff

Would you please consider posting more pictures on a regular basis?  I know many of us would love to see your beautiful work and Toni stories.  Maybe make a "Toni Thursday"  Thanks for considering it.

@mspatmac   Thank you for your enthusiasm. Last year I did

put up a picture of Toni in the outfit that she wore on a cruise on her uncle's yacht. I could do that one again and then some sundresses.

The thing is, I need my son to help me post them. He has to go through all these screens to resize the pictures and I wouldn't

know how to do that.

Back when I was selling the dresses, it was simpler to post pictures. I did them all myself. It is too complicated now.

I have to catch him at night after 7:00 when he gets home from work, or on weekends after noon.

I'll try to post something in June.

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved, and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

Hi  @sunshine45   Woman Happy

What an incredible, heart felt, forever poem.  I love it!

I can feel it in my heart & soul.  lives lost, for us, those not fighting, but back at home, awaiting our soldiers, appreciating their most incredible gift, putting their lives on the line for us.

I have a phrase for you, regarding this sentiment, perfect for Memorial Day!

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

This quote can be found in the Book that so many of us love.  And is an incredible sentiment for our Military, for sure, & the Military that I'm most grateful for.  They did for me, us, what I couldn't do for myself!    That's what they do, & did for me/us!

Thank you again, for this incredible poem, @sunshine45   Without you havinng  posted this, I wouldnt have known it.

Blessed MEMORIAL DAY!!
