When you make the story more about yourself, you have lost credibility. That goes for a lot of the talking heads on cable news, some of whom have recently been given the boot. It's all about ratings, not getting to the truth.

Sounds like a Meghan Kelly catty hate responses.  Her program last night was just fine...the only trouble is that her conversation with Putin had been smeared all over tv prior to the show going on the air, so that there was nothing really new.  She is a very polished interviewer and the show was very good.....her attire was very professional.....you women talk about profession attire yet say nothing about the way the QVC hosts dress!

I think women should wear what they want and what makes them comfortable.

I also think it's unfortunate when women emphasize sexuality instead of intellect.

I am sorry - I forgot - PEARLY, you are absolutely right - people do say something about the unprofessional way some of the hosts dress.....but that is hit and miss with the Mods, some things they delete and others they let go on....like Shawn?

She did not wear the cocktail dress when she interviewed him.  That picture is from an evening reception.

I have to agree....that outfit is VERY unprofessional and reminds me of exactly that. This photo is right after a cocktail or dinner hour, but I'm  wondering if she felt she needed to dress like that for Putin to be interested at all. I am sure she knew that the interview was going to take place, so she should have dressed appropriately. Just MHO. 

I dont see see her show being a big boom to NBC ratings on Sundays. 60 Minutes has nothing to worry about.
