I have expensive mattress topper that slips off mattress.  My mattress doesn't have a slippery surface either.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I use a rug pad under mine.  Its the type made for rug to rug use.  Its white, very thin and looks like felt.  It has a slightly sticky surface and is repositionable.   I got it at Overstock but saw them at Home Depot.  They also work great for an area rug on carpet.

I don't have it but my friend has one. It looks difficult to put on, I agree. But if you watch the video on Amazon it's not that bad. You clip the elastic on before it goes on the mattress. @Kachina624
