Beautiful tree, but definitely not a conifer!  Look up conifers and you'll see the big difference.

It reminds me of the tree in The Shawshank Redemption under which Morgan Freeman found the money Tim Robbins left him

Sadly I read in the newspaper a few years ago that the Shawshank  movie tree, near Mansfield Ohio, toppled over in a storm and is now gone.
