I remember when people said the same things about the Philosophy founder Cristina Carlino.

@Tissyanne   that was a perfect comparison!  Martha and Christina do have similar selling personas!  I liked Christina , and her oroduct. That's when Philosophy was really Philosophy!  She was a tyrant when it came to quality and integrity in her oroduct. She was a trail blazer. Come to think of it. Bobbi Brown was similar as well in her presentations.

Re: Martha Stewart

I watched it and was surprised to see her and not remote but she may like to be there hands on. I liked her with Rick and Albert.  Terri did o.k. as Julia in the past but not my favorite host.

Martha likes to talk about the farm and her pets. I wondered what it would be like working for her on the farm, if she is a tough boss and hard to please??

Many things she trys out and uses and wears, unlike many  who just put their name on an item to sell. Her garden tools have good reviews.

I still  occasionally watch her  old cooking shows on  Youtube, recently her Easter one and recall her and her Mother cooking Polish dishes. I enjoyed when she had guests.  She has alot of help and support to do what she does.

Posing in the pool at 80 was great even with the filters. She even  had her beauty routine  on Youtube.  At 84  she looks great! I thought her gown was pretty posted from the KCIII dinner. Love her or Hate her she is an Icon.

@Iwantcoffee   Love that dress.  It matches my Joan River's navy sequined blazer.

Martha looks wonderful.

Although she appears aloof, I do like her smart business sense and sense of atyle.

Her longevity, despite her stint in jail, is testament to her ability to overcome hard things. I admire that about her. Also, she looks great and stylish and vibrant. Obviously she keeps herself moving and motion is the greatest anti-aging lotion.

Oh I still have her first books and the recipes in them are still terrific.

Did anyone see the photos of her at the King's Trust Gala in New York City?

She had on a navy blue sequined gown and looked fabulous.  I should look so good at 84!

What was really funny was the way she was looking at King Charles in the photo.   Like she might have found her next husband and was sizing him up.

I knew she was wearing a royal blue dress to the state dinner but I could not find her when I watched the speeches.
