Life is complicated with ups and downs. I am thankful for every day. Learning that things can wait is difficult for me sometimes. I do believe that slowing down is part of aging.

My problem is I do both... I spend too much time worrying and thinking about things, but I also try to do a lot as well and keep busy with fulfilling tasks.

 

 I just need to learn to let things or some thoughts go.
