I just read about your husband. I pray that he will get better. I have lost an uncle and an aunt to cancer. One of my friends and my other aunt are getting very sick from chemio.

My 92 years old mom was diagnosed with a 8 cm. kidney cancer 2 years ago.

Since they won't do any treatments , she is doing well for now.

@Tina From Georgia - thank you for the update.  I had been wondering how things were progressing for you and John.

It's disheartening, when you're told at first that the chemo is helping, only to find out it isn't.  But continue to have faith that the doctors will find the right solution for him.  This is the season of miracles, is it not?

Thank you for the update and will have continued prayers for you both.  How horrible to have to keep going on down this road.  (I have been there...only with my sister.)  I'm so sorry you have both got to go through this.  Best wishes and best of luck.

@Tina From Georgia - I just saw your update. Your strong faith is a blessing, and I will keep praying that your John sees hope. It's probably harder for him to deal with this because he knows the medical field. If they have to do surgery or take his leg to get rid of it completely, at least you will know it will be gone. I will keep praying for you two, and I will pray the doctors caring for him have the knowledge needed and feel the strength and compassion given to them.

@Tina From Georgia I'll continue to send positive thoughts and prayers your way.  It sounds like John has a good medical team and that you are staying strong for him.  If he requires surgery or even an amputation, you both can make it through this trying time.  We will all be rooting for you!
