Hey, a little warning next time, please @tansy. That is just pricelessly hysterical.

I just came across a somewhat related news story. Jason Priestley attended a Harvey Weinstein party. Weinstein reportedly pushed him around and demanded Priestley come with him. Priestly refused, Weinstein grabbed him harder and Priestley punched him in the face.
A case of what goes around comes around?

@Noel7 Is this new news or a new report of old news?

Mario has been dropped from target & walmart. They will not have his products on their shelves. I wanted to try his pasta sauce but at around $7 a jar I said no. Maybe they will put it on sale for 50% off. Just wait every week we find out more & more on these men. It's not just tv people it's all over.

@RainCityWoman you are precisely right. It’s clear from some of these posts that some folks are waaaay out of touch with the reality that women face in the workplace today.

It was also true in WW2. Think here of what happened to Korean woman at that time. It's true, it is all about power.
Korean?

I disagree. I think a lot of us have been there, done that. Probably by doing as I did....dealingg with the issue with the offender at the moment it happened, making it clear it was unacceptable and I would not put up with it. Over and done. It resulted it great working relationships based on mutual respect.

I think that is a terrible thing to say. To lable "men" is not right because there are a lot of wonderful men out there. And a lot of women who will do a lot of things to get to the top too.
It isn't a man or woman probelm; it is a problem of people who have no morals. Let's stop labeling people by race, gender, nationality, etc.
Just how many great men do you know? I'll bet a lot of them! They far outweigh the stinkers.
When it comes to sexual harassment, men are the usual offenders. That's what she's talking about.
There are a lot of men in the news that no one would think sexually harassed anyone but they have.
Women are angry. They've been subjected to this for ages and ages and they are finally coming forward. To deny them their stories and make excuses for offenders' behavior only emboldens offenders.
I worked for 39 years at a huge international Fortune 500 company that had very strong ethics and anti-discrimination policies. It didn't stop anything. Sexual harassment can be subtle to overt.
We need to support women who are finally speaking out.

Google “Korean comfort women”. Their plight is still a part of ongoing history. Some are still alive.
