It's as predictable as the leaves  changing colors in autumn.  And the commercials run when seniors are most likely to be home and watching television.

Now is a good time to stop watching anything in real time.  It's a good feeling to fast forward through all the stupid commercials.

Not to mention all of the big pharma ads - just listening to the side effects of these medications makes you want to barf 

And all of the political commercials.  I just mute everything.  I hope someday the TV industry creates a TV that will automatically mute commercials.  Now wouldn't that be nice!!

Every day , 10,000  ( ten thousand!!) people hit 65 in the US..

These Medicare insurance outfits are all fighting for them....even when it's NOT the "enrollment" period!!!

You can enroll in one of these programs if:

You're in the current enrollment period Now in the fall).

You want to CHANGE or end a plan you selected in the fall enrollment period...you have from Jan 1 to March 31 of the following year after the fall enrollment to do this.

You turn 65 on ANY day of the year...and there are 10,000 people a DAY doing so!!!!

Late night, and now even during the day, TeeVee is LOADED with gimmicky infomercials and ads to get you to call to sue for Camp LeJeune, Tylenol, Asbestosis, Baby powder, all kinds of nonsense.

It reminds me of a rotting carcass in the water surrounded by a growing school of hungry piranhas, all fighting for a bite of that flesh before it's gone. You've seen the pictures of this....

The only thing they're sure of is ANOTHER tasty "carcass" will soon be dropped into the

water...in the form of some  specious lawsuit that is being concocted right now as we

speak!!!

"You pay NOTHING if you don't win!!!!" they bray out.

If you DO win, that law firm gets a lot of the judgement, I think it's HALF so of course they are fighting tooth and nail for your call!!!!

Wonder when QVC will get into the Medicare fray? Can't you see hours of a TSV with David Venable, Rick Domier and Rachel pushing these polices?

They already are testing the waters wiht scooters ( now on the main channel) amplifiers, hearing aids, stand up canes, blood pressure montiors and digital thermometers!!!

Mark Charles could develop a line of products....or the Copper Chef guy....they'd sell millions!!!

After all...the QVC demographic is firmly in that age group!!!

I'm sure I missed someone....but the season is young!!!

Amen! I am so sick of Martha on one of the Medicare ads...what a stupid commercial. She was on previously and they have now brought her back...but I am sure it is not by popular demand. 
Have you noticed so many ads getting even longer? The anderson renewal windo ads are like infomercials.

I refuse to watch anything live...except the Bills....and when those commercials come on?

I click to QVC....which is one big commercial I guess!    LOLOLOL
