I received an email from Lug this AM explaining they have retained a new warehouse partner. Their inventory has been transferred to the new warehouse, and they expect items to ship more quickly.
They explained all current orders will ship by end of day Wednesday. New orders will be shipped within the week. The goal is shipping within 2 days. They hope to achieve this faster shipping goal within 2-3 weeks. They further added processing, customer service, and the overall experience will be improved by this move.
Dumb me. I had no idea the warehouse facility was also customer service. Makes sense. I hope they can get everything in place quickly.

I don't purchase, but saw so many complaint threads.

Amy hasn't been doing the presentations and I wondered if she's been busy packing orders.
Sounds like they're making a sincere effort to improve the situation and it a positive sign that they're communicating with customers about the shipping. Maybe they've turned thing around. Time will tell.

A few people had mentioned before that they were moving their facilities and that was the cause of the shipping delays.
I hope this does improve the delivery timing. Years ago, before items shipped directly from Lug I believe, there was never such a lag in delivery.

A reputable company would have had all their ducks in a row before pushing the start button. They need a lesson from the Shark Tank players. After the fact they should take steps to attempt to regain customers confidence.
