It's only her court date. William H Macy wasn't charged with anything. I'm sure he'll be there to support her, but he is not on trial for anything.

You are confusing Lori with Felicity Huffman. Lori's husband Masimo  was charged.

@Alison Wonderland - I believe they are referring to Lori Loughlin and her husband who are both appearing in court in January.

Felicity Huffman did her jail time and her husband was not charged with anything.

OH! You're right, my mistake! Yes, Lori and Mossimo Giannulli have both been charged and will both be going to trial.
