Seriously, how is this lewd behavior? 

Unless I missed part of the video, I saw an adult Daughter and Mom, dancing around and appearing to have fun, in their own home.

because they are both wearing dresses that are see through with no underwear (or at least no bra) so therefore everything shows.

Why that is appropriate or why it is necessary to see that esp. for a charity, I don't know why they thought that would be appealing to so many (aside from themselves of course), I don't know.
