That whole "stalker" incident was highly suspect imo.  I'm not doubting it happened, but if Lisa was as fearful as she stated she was....she'd certainly not have posted her whereabouts daily on FB.    Her reasoning for making her whereabouts known to millions didn't coincide with her "fear" of leaving her home.  Puhhhhleeze is all I have to say about that.

How do you know she was actually in the places she pictured? If she did use pics from places she was at...I bet they were posted AFTER she left the area!

How do you know she was NOT there at that time.  Even if she wasn't there at that exact time....the "stalker" would know she frequents that place and he could find her there another time.

I totally think she was there at that time.

I guess i must live under a rock or someplace , i didn't watch Lisa that much but why did she leave QVC I understand she was there for many years, JUST curious .

I think it's horribly unfair to judge anyone who has been harassed and intimidated by a stalker. This was not a figment of Robinson's imagination. The man who committed the crime was found guilty of following her and going to her home and sentenced to prison time. I cannot imagine how frightening that must have been.

I don't find it horribly unfair at all.  I didn't say she wasn't stalked.  I truly believe she was.  My "issue" with it was that she stated, on GMA, that she was petrified to leave her house other than for work duties.  That simply was not true.  She was posting often on FB her whereabouts from what many posters stated on these boards.  I am simply stating the facts.  I remember seeing many posting about restaurants she was at, with whom, and when.  It's not a figment of my imagination.  THAT is highly suspect--why would someone so fearful of a stalker make her whereabouts so well known?????  It's a question worth answering if you are going to be the one to judge my comments.

It does not add up.

I think she did.  I think that was even before Lisa's stalker.  I don't recall Pat elaborating on it to anyone or any news show.  Do you Stray?

@winamac1- I don't even think she mentioned it and she had a young daughter living with her.  I was a victim of stalking and the police and counselors advised me of appropriate behavior.  It was long before FB and he died in 2000 but I don't do FB and kept my careful habits.

When Lisa is in NY for business and/or pleasure, she posts photos while she is there.  When she was in Florida, she posted photos while she was there. Same with when she was in Vegas for the jewelry show, LA for this or that. 

If you read her FB page, it's very clear.  

Many of the photos she took of various restaurants, movie theatres, etc. in her home area were posted after she had been there and was gone.  But it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to realize the places she frequents, especially when she flat out mentioned that a tea shop had become a favorite hang out.

I may be wrong but it was my understanding that Lisa's stalker showed up on Pat's doorstep trying to get to Lisa.  He had an engagement ring for Lisa.  It was never Pat actually being stalked.   

I believe he was harassing both Pat and Jane Treacy over Lisa.

I'm sure that was terrifying for everyone involved. 

But I found the interview Lisa did with GMA after she left QVC to be more of a shameless plug for her "new" venture.

@bri20 yes  - I do believe she was stalked at one time, but IMO her GMA appearance was a lost opportunity about stalking. Did she give out any 800#s for anyone?

She made it seem that was the reason she left QVC.  The stalking was several years' prior.

People like Lisa wear me out... busy, talking about what they eat.... where they are,  who they know, who they see, what they wear, what they are thinking... such lonely people who can not just be quiet  and take a breath... enjoy a moment without blogging about it or taking a picture of  it. Just yuk. I think it is an illness.
