I believe stalkers are mentally ill; the laws are not stiff enough.... punishments are minimal.

I agree with Violann, I thought the comments by the newspaper reporter were strange as well. It sounded as if she was putting the onus on Lisa (and QVC) for attracting the stalkers in the first place.
