Saw a perfect t-shirt maxi dress on a website called Light in the Box.......has anyone used them / heard of them ???

A few years ago, I too saw something I liked on that site, but chose not to buy.

It's another online China based company w/ a ton of complaints. I'd avoid it.

@jlkz, it's a bummer, I know.

Many of the complaints say that the item(s) received bear no resemblance to what was depicted. 

Also, some said there are no return instructions, so getting your money back is nearly impossible.

My daughter bought a duvet set from them.  Fabric was thin as tissue paper, cheaply made, not what she ordered.  Never again.

Used them.  Got a few nice  things for low prices...... BUT... customer service next to impossible to reach.  Hit or miss.  Had a a missing item.  Good luck with that one!  

Otherwise I have been happy with the trinkets I have purchased, even clothing  Just have to be careful.  Shipping is very expensive so I bought the year policy that makes the charge much cheaper.
