Those sorts of emails are an immediate delete.  I do not even open them.

@Jo1313    I get one of those every few months.  There has never been an actual charge and, of course, I don't respond.

Re: Life Lock/Norton.. Heads up

If emails are sent with charges that you don't recognize.... DONT call the number provided.  Go to Google and find the actual number and then call.

We are a member of Life Lock.  And we are a member of the Geek Squad.  And we are a member of lots of other businesses.  When  I see something  by email I always check by finding the actual number and then calling.  They will ask that you send them the actual email...unopened.  They review it so they can hopefully CATCH THEM.

Re: Life Lock/Norton.. Heads up

This same scam goes around periodically. It's a pain in the neck and my SIL fell for it and had all sorts of problems.my brother was furious with her but they got it straightened out. Just hit delete if you get it...don't open it to see what it is. We are members of LifeLock and we get texts or calls if there is any suspicious use of our identity. We pay annually for the membership and it is really good to have. They are really on top of things.
