I would be worried that they will in turn try to bill Medicare or your insurance .
If you look the company up on BBB they have a D- rating

If you ordered it that's one thing. I would never use anything in the mail to order medical labs?
There are sites online you can order your own tests to run at the lab.

LetsGetChecked is not a medical testing site. What they offer is testing for informational purposes only. In other words, don't waste your time or money with them if you need diagnosing.
If all you want to know is how you're doing health wise and to get test results for personal reasons then go for it. They have a good track record according to TrustPilot dot com.
ETA-
Medicare and/or other health ins doesn't cover this type of testing.
