I didn't get anything like that.  Who is it from?  I get blood and urine checked when my doctor tells me to.  I would be leary about that.

@goldensrbest

Actually, it COULD be legitimate.

I forgot the name of the company that I know does this, but I had some optional tests done years ago when I had insurance coverage that had a high deductible for everything.   It was helpful information, and cheaper than meeting a high co-pay and deductible.

@goldensrbest I wouldn't touch it. I get those things done at my PCP's office/lab and not through some kit I got in the mail.

Who is is from?  Is there a charge?  Sounds strange, but what would they do with it if they were not legit?

I bet there is hidden charge somewhere and they will want a CC number and you would not hear from them again.

Sounds fishy and stinks to high heaven.

I wouldn't trust fingerstick methods of blood testing. Some of the tests are not accurate depending on the test. Fingerstick testing yields informational results, not clinical ones.

I know if it came here and it wasn't something I had ordered or asked for it would go right in the garbage.
