There are 2 different things going on here.
1st-the items stay in process forever so that is on QVC.
2nd-those items that ship and somehow go into mail innovations or surepost-there is a 3rd party involved here per my mail carrier. They have to get picked up from UPS by that party and taken to USPS and that can take a LONG time.
I remember before when returning things from California the item would sit at the post office until the 3rd party came to pick up the bin and take it to City of Commerce where it sat and then up to Sandy, Utah where it sat and then moved its' way slowly across the country. It took weeks.
3rd party companies slow everything up and that is what goes on at the Q and NOT at other companies.

Yes, multiple things going on...must remember that when I'm wondering where my orders are after 3 weeks and still no working tracking number.

have ordered quite a bit in 2020 and am not having any major shipping issues with QVC.....knock on wood! MOST items i am getting within the 7 - 10 business day period and have even had a few arrive in 2 - 3 days!

On May 29th I ordered two A354771 Isaac Mizrahi Curved Cadigans. I received the green turquoise on June 6th -- the right side of the sweater wan't cut straight - so I immediately sent back. The return address was QVC, Fullerton, CA --- and I live in Calif. The blue cardigan shows that I'll receive it on June 16th. I started to hate this cardigan and will also return. I have many of Isaac's tops and one long cardigan which I love -- but this one is a loser.

my irritation is that pkg is in OH and then goes to NJ and then to ILL and finally to MI. it seems to be shipping thru USPS, that's taking it to NJ. if they would just sent to OH and then to MI, i would get it 4-5 days sooner.
i wonder if after all the virus protections, have been lifted, if things will go back to normal. i have never had a complaint about their shipping before, but this baffles me.

Wen from qvc took 13 days
wen from chaz dean took 4 days
soft surroundings 4 days
macys 5 days with weekend
rodan and fields 4 days
amazon 3-6 days
neiman Marcus 4 days
nordstrom 5 days
Salt and straw ice cream, 4-5 days with processing
qvc is hit or miss. Personally, I think they have a glitch getting orders in. Orders can process without cancellation option in as little as 2 hours. It will say, IN PROCESS That means qvc has placed the order with te vendor. I have had the experience of that "in process" order does not shipfor 6-8 days I have had orders lost, but I honestly think they were never shipped, I have had items say, they were out for delivery...and they hadn't been delivered to ups or post office. So I think they have major computer issue, and trouble getting the items dispatched. Although they don't have trouble collecting the money. Lol

I am still looking for one of my items that "was mailed two weeks ago" and was said to have arrived at my post office. Cannot get anyone on the phone to help me... until mid morning when QVC actually picked up and offered to send me a duplicate but in a different color. Iwill add they were more than kind. I did give them the tracking number and the order number. They said the tracking number was outside their ability but they wouldl believe me and issue a new product with special shipping.
In this case it was not QVC but the post office.
