Loan, No. But I would give her something that she would like that I didn't care that much about any longer.
I would only loan to family and/or a very close friend.
Maybe have two or 3 things that you no longer really care about and have her pick one and tell her she can keep it. You would be doing something very kind and sweet for someone and you will feel really good afterwards.
You never know what someone is going thru. If you can't afford to give her something, then thats different....Maybe offer to go with her to a thrift shop and help pick out something.

I'm in the minority here but I wouldn't even respond. Seems an odd request from someone that you aren't close friends.
