I live in Philly and our governor was in our city on Thursday promoting a bill he proposed in the state government to give each Pennsylvanian $2000. We also have a surplus as part of the economic recovery money we received and it we don't use it we have to return it to the federal gov't. I don't know if it will pass in our legislature.
