I'll eat cold turkey sandwiches for a couple of days.  If DH wants a plate of leftovers warmed up, I'll do it for him but I'll eat something else.  Usually I enjoy leftovers, but not reheated turkey.

A few days of leftover turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo sandwiches, with baked Lays potato chips on the side. 😋

I made plates when i had my children / teens living with me.

I put a little of everything on them including dotted butter and lots of gravy. I covered them in plastic wrap and stacked them up in the refg.
Everyone could grab a plate and microwave away.
It was a little work but so so much easier then getting everything out on everyone schedule.

You could make Turkey soup if you like and my mother would make turkey ala king on toast on the 3rd day after the 2nd day of leftovers.  I actually had homemade chili for Thanksgiving.  Talk about different.  LOL

I had bought an almost 9 Lb. chicken for 7 of us. . Going to make chicken tetrazzini & probably chicken noodle soup with the leftovers.

Re: Leftover Turkey

[ Edited ]

We now just do this, that I put together one year:  Cut up some turkey, take large can of Campbell's Veg. soup, and a can of C.'s cream of chicken soup and heat in large pan on stove.  Meantime, bake Pillsbury frozen rolls, in the oven.  Take biscuits and separate on plate, pour over those, the soup and turkey from the stove top.  We call it turkey ala king. My son even does it at his house.  My husband requests it. S & P to taste. Reheat any leftover side dishes to go with it you wish.

No frozen for this house.
