Learning How To Care For Our Pets . . . Naturally . . . Part II

Calling all pet parents to use this thread as a place to post information regarding: commercial pet foods, pros and cons; products designed to protect the health of our pets, pros and cons; information about conventional and/or integrated veterinary medicine, pros and cons; or any issue you feel might be helpful to pet parents, who are striving to provide a healthy environment for their furry, finned or feathered friends.

Disclaimer: unless otherwise noted by the poster, all of the information appearing in this discussion is the result of personal research and/or personal experience and not the opinion of professionally trained veterinary personnel. What is printed in this discussion does not replace the professional veterinary care or professional intervention needed by your pet or pets, whether that be to maintain health or to treat a health issue.

That said, when I posted about our ((((Nicholas)))), earlier this year, I never dreamed that I would connect with so many people who had already explored, researched and tried a variety of pet care theories regarding pet care.

What I learned helped me to extend and boost the quality of Nick's life, during his chemo.

Nick has crossed the bridge and both my husband and I know that his battle with lymphoma was made easier, because we learned how to support his total body health, during chemo. And where did I find the myriad of links and information that led me to add to support Nick's general health? From the books suggested, links provided, and supportive information posted on this site by extremely knowledgeable ladies who were willing to discuss the pros and cons of internal and external environmental factors that could affect the health of our pets.

Welcome to everyone. Don't worry about misspellings or the need to ask what you consider to be simple questions. Like I've said, we aren't trained professional people -- just pet parents interested in posting information that might improve the quality of our pets lives.
