I don't eat late at night. I have to take my thyroid pills on an empty stomach

Cup of coffee with a caramel, sea salt, chocolate biscotti. The biscotti is the best! However, your homemade ice cream and cookies sound yummy. ![]()

If I were to have coffee at night, I would sleep fewer than my pitiful four or five hours. I limit my coffee intake to the morning.

I hope you are feeling okay.I can't imagine anyone not wanting to eat at least once a day.

@Katcat1, I love anything with the combo of caramel and sea salt. I like Nonni's biscotti in that flavor and Pepperidge Farm's salted caramel cookies. For the life of me, I don't understand why my husband detests it.

@suzyQ3, I buy the Nonni's biscotti -- sooooo good. I should not drink coffee at night because the majority of the time it keeps me up so I go to bed at 3 am or 4 am but I still get my 6 to 7 hours sleep. ![]()

I simply cannot go to sleep on an empty stomach. I end up awakening at 2am, very hungry, and not being able to sleep, no matter what. So I end up eating a peanut butter and/or cheese sandwich at 2:10am, then nicely falling asleep a half hour later. Nice, long, deep sleep instead of tossing and turning all night long.

My husband and I are not big on snacking after supper on a regular basis. I will occasionally reach for a fruit cup, but his preference is a pudding cup, Townhouse crackers with peanut butter, or microwave popcorn.

Pumpkin Pie. At my grocery store, they are buy one get one free (darn it!!). It's my favorite dessert. Thank God they're only available a few months a year!! A lot of extra dog walking.....

I eat a larger meal once a day and the rest of the day is snacking. Nothing wrong with me. I feel great!!!!
