I agree.  What she's doing is what someone with little experience and no meaningful contacts would do.  It seems more suited for someone just getting started, not a woman with years of experience on national television and presumably access to many people who could open doors for her.

I work in television, and when she left QVC, I posted here that I knew it had not been her choice to leave. Of course I got jumped on. I think it's pretty clear that - no matter how we all want to believe her time at QVC came to an end - she lied when she said she had big exciting plans and was moving on to something wonderful.  IMO it's very obvious that there was no plan and that she's currently grasping at straws.  Her ego got in the way at QVC, and she got a taste of reality as a result.

I see I am in good company, standing by my words (so long ago now) that 50 year old Lisa did not leave a lucrative job by her own choice.  I was called a "hater" and (my favorite) "jealous" of her beauty, her success and even her home (that cold, sterile home that I personally don't find attractive).  Posters were positive that she had a new gig in the works and she would surface as soon as she was no longer under a non-compete contract. Still waiting... 

I don't have a glamorous job in tv, but I have worked for many years in criminal justice and pride myself in being able to "read" people to make quick and accurate assessments.  Nailed it! 😊
