This is a picture of Lisa's jewelry she says is coming soon. It is "rough diamonds" in black rodium and in the necklace and bracelet.
I love Lisa's designs and miss her on the Q. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of "rough diamonds" and why are they called that. I wish her well in her new adventurers and hope that she is the one designing and not just selling them for someone else. Also, in the world of so many hackers/scams, I do hope her website is safe to order things from.
Your thoughts on this jewelry because it does look pretty.

No clue @shell garden, but I love the necklace.

Rough diamonds are diamonds that have not been cut.
I wonder how much she's going to be selling that for?

Rough diamonds are unpolished, uncut and I believe unfaceted. I think DeBeers put out a design a few years back. Now, if they are real rough diamonds, I would not buy them from LR's website or any website as you want to see quality and be guaranteed they are real. If the jewelry is just the look of rough diamonds, that's fine. I really can't see her followers spending a large amount of money on real diamonds. As far as the designs pictured...it's a tassel nothing exceptional...same for the earrings. It is quite an undertaking to sell jewelry via a website if it is authentic. S&H, insured delivery, returns and standing behind your line.

Stray, thank you. You have made some excellent points. As I said, I love Lisa and her designs. Have many of her Christmas decor, but I would be afraid of ordering anything on her website if it is not secure and safe. I know she has some sort of assistant helping her, but from what I have read here, her facebook chats have been problems with sound and video, so I don't know about ordering things from her website.
I wish her well, too, but I wonder if she has thought about the returns and how she would handle reimbursing customers.

I would have liked to have seen her in a light colored top with no cross body to better see the necklace.

I wish her well on her new venture but uncut, unfaceted diamonds are not particularly attractive. It's been done many times before and by a couple of famous jewelry designers.
I wonder if she is receiving advice on her jewelry from her pal Judith Ripka?

You are so right, GCR. And a closeup. But, I guess she isn't willing to give too much away. I wish her well, I really do. But, I think she may get alot of sales at first, but just might taper off, especially if it is priced too high or the quality is just not there.
I was amazed at the low number of her people posting there now. She might get around 1-200 posts each pictures (video chats seem to bring in more posts), but that is not alot really. Alberti has only been at the Q, I think about 3 years, yet he has more "likes" than Lisa does on her facebook. Now that was surprising to me. I love Alberti.

Good points, Trinity. I guess I am a "jewelry snob", lol... I want the real deal.
As far as Judith goes, it is amazing to me that in all this time Lisa has been gone and in all the trips to New York, not ONE picture or Post of visiting with Judith Ripka has been mentioned. That really surprises me.
