I'm not talking about you see something you like, on sale, and purchase it. Do you buy yourself gifts for special occasions?

If so .... what was the occasion ... and what was the gift?

Of course I do!

I always know I will like it and that the color and size are right. Even if I do not like other gifts I receive, I will still be happy.

DSs are in their 20's and I never ask them for a gift that's very spendy. My budget for me is a bit higher, LOL!

LOL!!! Yes I do that. I might as well get what I want & like vs what DH may bring home. I generally buy bath & body type products or clothes. Sometimes I buy Pandora charms. I buy other jewelry but when it comes to expensive jewelry I would tell DH before I would spend that kind of money first.

I do! I usually go on a trip for my birthday and buy myself something I really want but would never spend the money otherwise for Christmas. This year I'm thinking Google Home will be under my tree for me.

yes i do. it was my birthday a few years ago and i bought myself ugg boots by jimmy choo. they were expensive and not something that dh would know to buy for me.

Well........I ordered myself a Citizen Eco-Drive watch this morning and convinced myself to do it (which took maybe a nano second) by telling myself that I was buying it as a birthday gift to myself. My birthday is this month.

Now, to be perfectly honest, I'm sure I would have ordered it anyway, I love the Eco-Drive watches, but that was my justification this morning.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
