The problem I have with them is on the phone. I've had to call customer service several times recently and got the most unprofessional people and my problems were not resolved. I eventually found out the answers I needed to on my own, but when they sent me an e-mail survey asking how their customer service was during my call I let them know I wasn't pleased.

I've always e-mailed them instead, and they've been professional and accommodating.

Just go to their 'Customer Service' header at the top of the page, "Contact Us" on the bottom left, and then to 'Email Us' below it.

Easy and much quicker.

i have always used expired kohls cash. in fact, i have purposefully saved up large amounts in order to use them on a large order. i will stop in to see if this will be the policy of our kohls also. they are very good about giving me the 30% off if i have the code stored on my phone. that will be disappointing.

i THINK they are bringing in a new frequent buyer program.

Kohl's has always taken good care of me. I do most of my shopping through them online, probably 99% of it. Once in awhile a return or maybe some Christmas items in the store.

Although recently, a very large, very heavy and couple of hundred dollars order of Fiesta . . . they just literally threw the stuff in the box . . . the box looked like heck too when it arrived. Amazingly only a 2 quart serving bowl was chipped and they sent a replacement and I tossed the chipped one. I told the very nice & helpful person on the phone that IF the order had been properly prepared for shipment it would have arrived safe & sound in all likelihood and I realize they have multiple warehouse and hopefully they could determine which warehouse it was shipped from and correct the problem. All my other orders and pieces from both Kohl's and Macy's arrived in good shape except one beat up box from Macy's had one shattered dinner plate which they too replaced and I tossed the broken pieces.

Way better than Anthropologie . . . when my daughter moved to her dorm . . . she ordered 3 different vases, small, med & larger. Cute. Reg. 45.00 each for like 15.00 each. One arrived broken. They had me return the broken one and didn't ship the replacement until they received the broken one. OMGosh over 15.00. Really? So now they were out the broken vase, the replacement vase and the shipping cost x 2. Dumb. Whenever companies treat me with such ridiculousness . . . I always laugh and try to keep it light . . . that IF I'm going to go to jail it will be for at least a couple of MILLION dollars and NOT some petty amount. Smiley Happy

I had no idea they honored old coupons. In the past I threw mine out figuring they were no longer valid. pfffffffffffffffffffffft LOL

I heard recently they were going to stop honoring old coupons and the expired Kohl's cash as well. Sorry they are doing this because one thing that sets them apart is customer service and giving the customer what they want.

Think the company is in financial trouble. Probably why they are changing their policy.

I know they were last year. I'm not certain if things have improved for them or not.

They use to take expired % off coupons a few days after their expiration. I dont know how long after but I know I have used at least a couple days later. The coupons they sometimes send in the mail for 10 bucks off, they dont take after expiration. At least, the stores in my area dont. I tried. The cash dollars, you could use after the expiration but it was a one time use. You couldnt take things back and get credit if you didnt want the item. Its ashame they are changing it although I do understand. In the last two years, I have noticed their prices have increased and their sales are not as good as they use to be. I really never understood how they made any profit, you could get things for dirt cheap. ...and name brands things. I hope they pull through if they are in trouble. It would be a shame to lose them.

We all enjoy getting discounts/bargains; however, why on earth should a retailer be expected to accept expired coupons? IMO, Kohl's is very generous. I toss many coupons out when I didn't have a desire to shop prior to the deadline of the coupon. I did go this week because I was in the area and had a 20% coupon that was still good.

This is how I feel as well. It's nice that they did but not surprising if they stopped it.

I actually detest Kohls cash anyhow but I won't get into all that again because people are probably sick of reading about it. LOL
