In general, I used to do a lot of work myself. Climbing ladders, patching my roof, cleaning gutters, painting rooms, lifting boxes and heavy items, putting together metal shelving, etc. Now-a-days, not much at all. So, I do appreciate knowing how heavy an item is before ordering. Just by watching a female host, and listening to how lightweight an item is, is very helpful (for me).

with a decline in sales looks like QVC needs some help to keep viewers engaged and buying!!!
NO ONE has the "right" on these forums to NOT be responded to with the opinions of others. These are discussion (that means back-and-forth, exchange of ideas) forums.
The moderators make the decisions as to what sort of commentary constitutes scolding, snark, "picking on" etc. stays and what goes.
Any individual is able to report any post they feel is inappropriate for forum standards. Those posts are then removed...or not removed if they don't violate standards.
The standards and definitions of individuals may or may not be the standards and definitions of QVC. This is something all forum readers and contributors deal with every day.

That's what I said a back and forth exchange is fine, BUT attacks or INSULTS are not!!!
This is what the Community Guidelines say---
Personal attacks are not allowed - Don't attack or insult another Community member. It's not helpful and it doesn't make for a friendly place. This includes calling other members names. Disagreement is no excuse for poor manners and we will not allow frustration to turn into a personal attack.

@Spurt, surely you're aware at this point that "attacks and insults" are often very much in the eye of the beholder - which is why the moderators are the final arbiters, not posters. Can't get around that. Just because someone believes a post to be an "attack" doesn't mean it is, to anyone but the "attacked."

I think a dictionary makes it pretty easy to define what an INSULT is---
