Kids may not be in a huge rush to get married after they’ve seen their parents stay in awful marriages or go through divorce.
I see A LOT of common sense, intelligence, compassion and achievement in kids. Don’t forget kids learn from their parents - so don’t be so quick to only blame the children

@Pook wrote:Nothing wrong with having kids without getting married in today's world. Marriage is not what it used to be when it was thought women needed a husband to support them and men needed a woman to have his children, cook, clean, etc. I know many couples who have several kids who are not married but committed to each other and their children. While I never wanted kids, I have been in a very happy and committed relationship for 32 years while so many I know have hopped in and out of marriage 2, 3 or even 4 times. To me it is good to see those sterotypes are not being widely accepted anymore.
According to this analysis it isnt so good..........

Positives-Quickly adapt to newest technology and know how to use it in this faced paced world. While they will spend a fortune on the latest electronics, but other wordly possessions dont seem important as back in our day when everyone "had to have" those expensive purses and shoes, and latest fashions, and drooled over fancy sports cars--they are more willing to forgoe luxuries and prefer to shop discount stores online. They helped establish the more relaxed office dress codes.
Negatives-too much social media and less person to person contact which causes problems with face to face communication and relationships---employers are already seeing this change. They seem too self absorbed Many don't accept responsibility (some continue to live with parents, and expect parents to support them)......As it has been pointed out countless times in the media, millennials in the workplace feel entitled to undeserved promotions and raises, and job hop every few years. .
(I know there are exceptions to these negatives, but Google and read the findings).
