Keyboard won’t pop up when searching

I've had my qvc app for several years and never had a problem. Now all of a sudden when I tap the magnifying glass on the bottom and then tap the search bar the keyboard doesn't pop up so I can't type in what I'm searching for. I called customer service and they reported it and that's it. Is anyone having the same problem? HELP

That wouldn't be a QVC or app problem or there would be many people experiencing it.  Is your device updated to the latest operating system?

Have you checked to see if there is an update to the app?  

 

Hard reboot your device.

 

If nothing works, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
