Big pool party. Party starts before fireworks and continues after fireworks. We don't travel during long holiday weekends.

Same three neighbors (around the corner and also two blocks up and around) who invite all the neighbors to 'drop in' during the day. So, we 'drop in' for awhile, and drop out.........lol.......Anyway they invite most of us for this type of national holiday every year.

Just going to watch fireworks and remind myself of what a great country this is and thank those who have kept us free and especially those who made us free, the founding fathers and those brave revolutionaries who gave their all in treasure and lives and crafted the Declaration of Independence and, most importantly, our Constitution. How lucky we are to live in the United States of America!

Friday fish fry and as we drive home, we'll probably see fireworks from some of the neighboring towns.

We have a destination wedding on the 5th so on the 4th we will be out of the country.

Stay home and BBQ. the beach gets really packed.....and now half of it has washed a way.....
