Re: Joint or separate accounts?

We have 2 accounts, each at a separate bank but both joint accounts! When we got married 8 years ago my husband wanted to keep his bank and I wanted to keep my bank..lol. So we went in to each bank and made them both joint accounts. So in the event something happens to one of us, the other has access to both accounts.

I can tell you this I do not have a major credit card. I don't want one, I don't believe in them, and think the credit card companies are a bunch of thieves who feast on peoples misfortune if something happens (health wise). My husband has a major credit card that he uses for gifting and emergencies ONLY and he keeps it as low as possible.

Re: Joint or separate accounts?

These questions inquiring about our bank accounts and sleeping arrangements seem so mundane.

I think I'll wait for the "What's your favorite position" question, which I imagine is imminent. {#emotions_dlg.devil2}

Re: Joint or separate accounts?

Are you getting married?

If not, why would you care?

Exactly! Why didn't I think of that!
