Janet Reno, the first woman to serve as U.S. Attorney General, has passed away.  She was 78.  Thoughts and prayers to her family.

I actually met and talked to Janet Reno when she came to my place of business years ago.  It was the time when President Clinton signed the Family Leave Act.  I needed to take off work to go to my dauhter and help with her delivery of her baby.  (long story)  Afterwards she came to my work and talked to a few of us that had to use the Fam. Leave.  I got to shake her hand and talk directly to her.  I was so excited and she was just a wonderful calm and gentle woman.  God bless her forever.
