We are in a new era in america where people feel empowered to say and behave in this manner. We as a country have gone back 50 years this behavior is behavior of the past.
This is not the first incident and it won't be the last, I have seen this type of incident or similar incidents on you tube for months but the people were not hispanic so for "whatever" reason, it did not make the national news. I could list so many events but I don't care to start a debate.
I am alert when I go out because I expect anything

She must have been having a rough day, maybe she was also having some physical issues. I have had times where my body ached, while standing in line and if I had someone cut in front of me at that time, I would also have been really mad.
Feel sorry for her?She felt entitled to speak like that.
Because she wasn't raised right, not because of anything current, as much as you want to blame/believe that.

Many of those reports DID make the national news because the targets were minorities. Some were physically attacked, all were insulted based on race.

I watched the video online yesterday, that is racist beyond question to me. Line cutting is definitely bad manners, but no amount of line cutting justifies or warrants a verbal racist assault like that. She determined by their race and/or ethnicity that they are here illegally, that they are paying for their items with welfare, and all those other stereotypes she spewed. For all anyone knows they can pay for their stuff and hers with earned money from jobs. How is she paying for hers, did anyone ask? As a white woman I never have to experience such degrading and humiliating treatment just because of my race or ethnicity and will never know what that's like.
Yes my first thought was that it was just as disturbing that no one said a word to her. I weep for the condition of humanity in this country.
Today a woman in the grocery checkout line let me cut in front of her because I was just buying a gift card. I thanked her twice and wished her a Merry Christmas. It was a nice moment. Next time I am in front of a minority human being I will let them cut in front of me because I will remember this woman. I think she's gross.

People are taught to hate, yes, but today they feel more free to spew their hateful/racist feelings, than they have in the past.

What a ridiculous thing to say.
White people are discriminated against, just because they are WHITE.
I have experienced this personally, no doubt others have as well.
Racism isn't limited to CAUCASIANS or any OTHER ethic group.

There were two ladies and they didn't cut in line. They were in line together, one doing the purchasing at the register, AHEAD of the attacking woman.
One item was the wrong size, so one lady ran back to get the right size, according to the cashier.
They let you do that in most department stores, it's quite common.

I saw the video. That woman was an evil, racist witch. I wish someone had spoken up to shut her up. Her rant was very upsetting. That woman was a monster; she was sickening,

@Noel7, the video doesn't show that and I don't believe that. I have NEVER seen anyone flip their lid because of the situation you describe.
The video only begins when this woman is tripping.
If it had been a simple case of someone needing to quickly exchange an item while their friend continued checking out, I don't think she would've exploded about them cutting in line. That's JMO...
