It is so beautiful out this morning (SW PA). Its 63 degrees and walking out on the porch it feels like a Spring morning. The birds are singing and there is a faint breeze.
While I always have appreciated the little things in life, now that I am older I appreciate them more.

We have the same scenerio in Central Florida this morning! Enjoy!

How rare to have such a beautiful day in Pa in december. I am glad to hear you are enjoying it.
It's supposed to be hot and humid here in Fl. today but we can't put on the AC because they are working on the ductwork. I'm sure we will survive just fine. There is a nice breeze. I have asthma so those AC vents and ducts need to be kept clean.

Yes, the north east has been having some unusual weather. Reminds me of one of my favorite songs "It a Beautiful Morning" by the Young Rascals back in the 60s. We are getting spoiled to say the least. Tomorrow it is to be in the high 60s. Get day for the Steelers/Bengels game.
The only damper, is that it is deer hunting season and I already heard some gun fire which sounded rather close. We're posted, but.....well sometimes the hunters don't know or don't care they are in a safety zone.

I know what you mean about the hunters - when we were in Pittgs. we had a strip of wooded hillside between our backyard and the backyard of the next street over and they would hunt back in there. It was far from legal - it was so narrow you could see the rooftops on the other side- and the entire area was residential, but there were a zillion turkeys back there so they would hunt the turkeys. Someone was always calling the police to get the hunters out of there. My next door neighbor had a bullet hole in her garage door. We had to fence in a small run for our dog to use every fall because we were afraid to let her run the whole yard. It would be easy for some half drunk idiot hunter to mistake a Weimarner for a doe.

Yep. I grew up on a 50 acre farm. Come hunting season, pets were confined and not allowed to roam outside alone. But to be blunt, there are so called hunters that shoot at anything that moves and some weirdos who get a thrill out of using animals for target practice.

It's 63° & gloomy here with a 60% chance of rain this afternoon & into tomorrow. We have a cold front moving in Tues night. We have had really warm temps. here. Have not had to wear a jacket yet this winter. LOL!!! We broke a 100 year record the other day. The temp was 74° & the record was 73°. We had an ice storm a few weekends ago & then the nice 74° temps the following weekend. Saving money on the gas bill.
