A wonderful and rare occurrence here in the high desert.  Foggy and rainy in Albuquerque today.  It's a beautiful thing.  I can open my front door and see a fog backdrop: The Sandia Mountains and view of the river and city are gone. On days like this I can imagine an ocean out there.  It feels like I'm not in New Mexico, but it smells like New Mexico.  (Rain in the high desert smells amazing.)

I agree - I have such appreciation for everything now that I'm not stressing about work anymore.  I went out here in Indiana to walk my dogs - 63 out and beautiful - a gander of 17 geese flew over.  I always tell them hello.  Just love to hear their honking!
