Has anyone else noticed that if you click on "Items Recently On Air" not all of the items that were in the show are listed?

I've noticed this twice in the past few weeks.  I can't sleep so sometimes I'll turn on the TV and occasionally look to see what's on QVC.  Twice I saw things I was interested in and thought I'd look at them in the morning but they weren't there.  At first I just assumed they had sold out but when I went to look for those specific items they were still available and in multiple colors.

Has it always been this way and I just never noticed or is this something new?  Just wondering.

It amazes me they stay in business at all. Really does. Half of the time

they don't put up the size charts for either regular or plus sizes one is always missing.   When they do put them up they're not in sizing information that you can understand.

you will get "information on this item is not available" if you want to click on something your interested in.  Lately, when I sent a question to the QVCSocialTeam I get no response. Processing an order can take 5 days to accomplish, then, when something is on 'free shipping' they send it the cheapest way possible so it takes a week to get to you.

Their hiring more people for the phone lines that you can't understand

what their saying.  Takes forever to mark down the last seasons clothes. Winter coats should be on sale/clearance way before May.

Wish they would get rid of the pop ups too. you have to 'x' thru the

"sign up for email" thing every &&&& time you come in here.

Unfortunately, I'm stupid enough to keep shopping in here which is what they figure will happen after all the griping. Their products are

good at least. Just wish they would streamline operations. Need to get in somebody that can ramrod stricter controls. Whip the place in shape

If the items that were recently aired have sold out, I find that is when they will not be listed.

I agree with much of what you say (except for the Social Team and shipping)....I check my tracking and haven't had the QVC shipping issues as you've had. Dont blame your slow shipping entirely on QVC, Ive seen cases where QVC did their part and got things shipped out right away, sometimes the next day, BUT the problem is UPS....which is handing off more and more of their orders to UPS/UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS which translates to UPS handing off the package to USPS where it SITS in a Regional USPS Center for SEVERAL DAYS, sometimes EVEN A WEEK, before someone at USPS picks it up and delivers the package.....🙄 Also, UPS has gotten worse and worse and lazier and lazier too...dropping packages off at "collection centers" or "condo/apartment mail rooms" instead of front door delivery that you specify on UPS Premium Choice and even pay extra for....😖  Even some Ebay vendors are using Amazon strictly as their delivery service to avoid customer complaints.....

I even got an email advising that USPS deliveries would be even slower now, and that even within city deliveries it might take a week for mail to arrive, and they advised people if they were mailing in payments for bills either to mail it a bit earlier or use pay online, auto pay, or payment by phone.....

@Spurt    I agree all branches of the mail services can use a good kick in the pants, also.

I don't know if the work ethic now of the people who have come of age to be dolng these jobs aren't what they have been  compared with the people of the past or just what it is.

I agree a work etchic issue---- I filed several complaints regarding UPS no response, ended up having to call their headquarters to get action!...Just go to the UPS Facebook Page---not only tons of complaints from customers but even whiny complaints from UPS drivers too--(too much down time---they want shorter hours to be with their kids, or if there's cold weather they want the entire day off when as you know any thin ice in Texas will be melted away by 10 am)  ...

We used to have REALLY GOOD UPS drivers for our area not anymore...and no one at UPS seems to care...I suspect UPS will soon be out of business as Amazon takes over all deliveries since Amazon seems to hire the right people that get the job done!

Yep - Items Recently on Air not working again.  I wanted to see Susan Graver items - alas not there.  As usual, my only complaint with QVC is their IT provider.  They need to look into changing their IT company.  Oh well, my credit card thanks them.
