Memory revisited: While cleaning out my parents' home, in the attic I found a large cardboard box filled with cleaned styrofoam meat containers each separated by paper towels and 12/ cleat plastic bags.  Each bag held a separate color.

Live:  DH hasn't met an empty box or can that he might not need.  He wonders why the collection isn't growing !

I tend to do that with boxes for electronic items beause....what if I need to return it for whatever reason.  8 years later, I'll look at it and finally put it in recycling.   AYE YI YI

I think we must all be related!Woman LOL

It's such a nice warm fuzzy feeling to know there are many who covet the boxes, jars, bags!

My latest is a nice shopping bag.

There is a store similar to the dollar stores I think called Pop Shoppe that no matter what you buy, it is put in a wonderful sturdy paper shopping bag. I love the bag more than whatever it was I bought lol!

I do that with sturdy paper bags I get from Wawa or Jersey Mike's!   Also, I'm the same way with certain boxes. LOL.

A few years ago I gave away all my shoe boxes, they went to an event, the sponsor was having them decorated by school students to be used as centerpieces for a Valentine Day holiday dinner dance. Wish I had a photo of them, some were really beautiful!
I tend to save special paper bags from one of our markets, corded handles . . . I have no idea why.

Lol, my garage is full of nice 'good' boxes right now. I keep saying I need them for downsizing and a donating project that hasn't happened yet. Err, in over a year. Guess I'm not mentally into downsizing --- yet.
