We are going to be under a stay at home order for months i these people don't pull their heads out of a certain orifice.
A woman I know is doing chemo. She bought into it's a hoax thing. Well, her family had a birthday party 2 weeks ago and one of the out of state guests just tested positive. Of course, she's worried now.
I am concerned for her, but geez, what were you people thinking?
None of us like being cooped up, but just stay home. Listen to the medical experts who know what they are talking about, not a lay person who doesn't know his/her azz from their elbow.

I sometimes think we've made the world too safe and have lost the evolutionary advantage of intelligence. It wasn't that long ago that really stupid people would get killed off in childhood by the Darwinian process. We've made a fairly safe world these days where the true idiots of the world can live safely and reproduce. Now you have idiots who climb the fence of a zoo to take a selfie with a tiger and similar absurdly stupid things. If the world was still as dangerous as it once was, those people would have never survived childhood.

@Mj12 I agree that the unfeeling "guests" should have also been arrested. @Witchy Woman Well, maybe this joker's arrest after having been let off the first time and then repeating his idiotic party stunt a second time a few days later and repeatedly being asked to disband again and refusing might convince others in Maryland (or some other state--because I'm sure he has clones/clowns) tempted to copy him to "think twice" before proceeding.
I'm all for the constitutional right for citizens to assemble BUT I believe the courts have indicated that just as in the case of a citizen's right to "free speech" doesn't extend to allowing a person to falsely yell "fire" in a packed theatre thereby compromising the safety and health of others.
I think he might not be stupid and rather is a smug, self centered
man has no emotional intelligence.
I saw his mug shot on NBC4 DC news this morning. If the police officers have body cams I hope the film will be released publicly.
Thankfully, many, many more people than not in this country ARE trying to make the right choices during these challenging times.

The only way to stop this stipidity would be to spay and neuter at a young age.

Social gatherings are stupid.I spend 95% of my day indoors & isolated. I get out to walk a bit.
I get groceries delivered, but don't get my complete order. So I run out a couple of times a week to try to fill in the stuff I need.My son also makes food runs for me just to get out of the house.
This isolation has taken a toll on me.I fear that it will affect my physical & mental health.I won't get Corona, but I probably will never be the same again.I also worry about my son.He had a very busy & exciting life that all came to a sudden hault.

I have always been confused about "not judging" people. To me, it has always been about not judging their soul and their spirit.
But now we don't judge. We don't say anything is wrong, we have a whatever attitude toward what others do, and it is coming back to bite us. We don't expect much of people and they are living up to our expectations.
So many are without concern for others, without a sense of being part of something greater than thenselves because it is expected of them. Without community approval being important, out also goes pride, concern for others, and a sense of contribution to something greater than yourself to give you a sense of happiness with your actions.
So, I'll shut up now and get off my ivory soap box. But I think people won't have much to live for if not much is asked of them.

@Witchy Woman, strictly answering the question in your thread title yes, there are several ways but none are legal lol.

IMO they should have also arrested the 60 idiots who attended.
Not only arrested everyone there should be forced into quarantine at least or isolation at best for a minimum of 14 days. House arrest would be a reasonable alternative but that is too many places to monitor for compliance.

There have been several reports of "Corona parties." I think this negligence may account for the increasing numbers of younger victims that hospitals are seeing. Those who ignore reality will pay a heavy price. Unfortunately, so will the rest of us. Apparently Liberty University re-opened, also not taking the scientists' warnings seriously. When some of the students returned, they brought coronavirus wth them.

It's not only young people, in the last two weeks a few weddings have had to be raided in Lakewood, NJ. Two at wedding venues and one at a private home with a party tent set up in a yard.
Also in NJ a party was given by a person over 40 with 47 attendees in an apartment no less!
