I'd try them on and see how they felt/looked. I am not 100% totally opposed to them.

I am 50..but a young 50 ROFL..although according to one of my high school best friends..we are really 30!! lol

They are very strange looking. And yes, I would say they are ugly.

But I have seen uglier!

I don't like them, but there are plenty of shoes I like even less. I was on Zappos yesterday looking for sandals and I can't believe women are paying good money for some of what's there.

A couple of women in my office wear these horrid looking clogs every day.

I guess they're comfortable, but boy are they ugly. They're big and clunky and look like they weigh a ton (even if they don't)
