Yes, a friend and I are planning a trip to Iceland probably next year. She was there earlier this year and fell in love with it.

No plans to but it's on my bucket list to go in the next couple of years. It's a very popular destination here, the prices are still reasonable and it looks fantastic.

In 1988 my then fiance & I went over to Germany to visit his brother and his family. We stopped over in Rekjavik for a while and really enjoyed it.
Later my son and his then girlfriend traveled to Iceland to some friends of his and had a wondeful time.
My now husband and I plan to get back there on our way to Germany again..

There is a world famous geothermal spa that is a big draw. A friend of ours went and had the time of her life.
Blue Lagoon (geothermal spa) The Blue Lagoon (Icelandic: Bláa lónið) geothermal spa is one of the most visited attractions in Iceland. The spa is located in a lava field in Grindavík on the Reykjanes Peninsula, southwestern Iceland.

I have no idea where everybody is going, but Iceland is a great trip and for a 3 to 5 day vacation, it's one of the places I'd recommend.
