Does anyone know if The Q owns Zulily? It's really hard for me to imagine that they would have such bad customer service (at Zulily) compared to how good the Q is. I recently bought a Chloe perfume and I was shocked when I got the bottle and it was beyond watered down (literally you spray it and can't tell that you sprayed anything within two minutes...it's water). It was non-returnable, but considering I'm very familiar with the Chloe perfume, I wasn't worried about it (assuming I was getting the real deal). When it arrived and I realized that was not the original perfume (not even close! honeslty, a safe guess would be that it's at least 90% watered down) I called Zulily's customer service. They told me I would have to email their customer service. I emailed and heard nothing. I emailed again the next day and then got a replay that someone will get back to me in 7-10 days. Then someone is working on it (I want to send it back so they can see it's water) and all I get as a response is that they're talking to the buyer. What does that mean? And don't they stand behind what they sell? Let this serve as a warning to anyone who is considering purchasing anything from Zulily. It's not the same cutomer care as the Q.

Liberty Interactive owns both QVC and Zulily.

If you look at the bottom of the page it shows all the companies owned by this group and Zulily is one of them.

The following is from Zulily's perfume product pages. If you purchased Cologne or Toilette, there could be only 2-5% perfume oil in them. Possibly, why yours appears to be diluted.
More perfume oil means a more intense, long-lasting fragrance. Eau de Cologne contains around 2-6% perfume oil, Eau de Toilette 5-15%, Eau de Parfum 10-20% and Parfum 15-40%. Perfume may smell slightly different from year to year due to variation in the natural ingredients and reformulation process.

I ordered the Eau De Parfume like I always do at the department store, so I'm very familiar with it. This was definitely diluted/ watered down. This perfume won awards two years ago. You can literallly spray once and it lasts all day. With what I got from Zulily, that was not the case. Sprayed several times on the wrist. Let it dry down for two minutes, and you can't smell a thing. I want to send it back to they can see, but this has to be the strangest customer service experience I've ever had with such a big company. No phone calls (so why have people answering the phone), instead only emails, and even then no one can answer anything. Just bizare, and not a place I'll ever buy from again. Lesson learned.

@CalminHeart Liberty Interactive no longer exists. The company that owns QVC, Zulily, HSN etc is now called Qurate.
@AnnieMore I have been an active customer of Zulily for almost 4 years. They have possibly the best customer service of any company with which I've done business. Unless you've delt with them, don't judge.

I couldn't think of the name but knew Liberty used to. Thanks.

@AnnieMore Sorry you seem to be having a tough time. It's not clear to me whether or not you have actually contacted them yet and if so what their response was about this issue? I see you stated they cannot answer anything via email, but is that what YOU experienced or just something you've heard/read?

I shared what I personally experienced, and how I've never seen a big company react this way. I called their customer service phone number and was told customer service inquries had to be done via email. That's the first part I thought was odd, as to why there's a customer service phone number, but they can't help with customer service and it has to be emailed. Then I emailed several times until someone responded and told me they'd get back to me in 7-10 days. And then still no resolution. This was my experience, and I guess it shocked me. I will not be purchasing anything from Zulily in the future. Lesson learned.
