This is what we call football... Were they supposed to play "keep away" when they had possession?
ITA!!!!
What were they supposed to do take a nap so the broncs do what they were supposed to do all along? Sheesh.
Hola, Melania...
NO! If they napped then there would be interceptions galore..Oh wait, there were..
Don't care who y'are that's funny right there!! I was a Broncos fan too. Love Manning. Wasn't their night is putting it mildly.
It really wasn't. It was like a Bewitched episode with Samantha a Seahawks fan. Maybe they all had the flu.
Keep making excuses....what next Norovirus?
Some people can't take a defeat graciously. Peyton Manning did but...oh right...what else could he do? He goofed up the game up on the very first play.
It seems those whose team won are the ungracious ones on this BB. The pro Bronco posters seem to be accepting the obvious with good humor and sympathy for the Bronco players and their fans.
Excuse me? How was I ungracious? I answered your question...period. Don't put everyone under the same umbrella. I don't believe the pros have a code regarding how high the scores go, especially with the kind of money they make. They did at the end take out a few people, including Russell Wilson. And as far as your comment later about the Seahawks not having an impressive victory, how much more derogatory about Seattle can you be? They were ranked the number 1 defense in the country. They went up against the number 1 offense in the country. One of them lost; one of them won. And by the way, the Seahawks already had beaten the Broncos earlier in the season. The Seahawks won this time also. On any given day, outcomes change, despite the odds makers, whether you like it or not. Get over it. I get your disappointment. Seattle was disappointed when they threw away the last Superbowl they were in after a great first half. I just don't get the nastiness toward the Seahawks and the Seahawks fans who have waited forever for a Superbowl trophy. To me, it's only a game, but to some of the diehard fans it means everything. They waited at the airport and they waited at the Seahawks training center to show their appreciation. My guess is they will crowd the streets at the parade tomorrow also. So that makes them ungracious, I guess. Whatever.
Melania2 stands out as the rudest and crudest but other Seattle fans were hardly gracious.
I admit that the wording of the thread should have been less accusatory. I do watch football and have seen teams just run plays rather than try to score when they are well ahead but not in a SB. Then again, I've never watched a SB where the scores weren't close.

Keep playing victim...you started it.

At least Peyton's crew scored 8 more points than Eli's Giants.
(Sorry, dmod)
The Seahawks "D" had not allowed a point in MetLife Stadium this year until the 4th quarter of the SB! They owned it.
