I'm very happy I don't have to drive at all!!!

I don't mind driving at nght but we do have an epidemic of people driving around with their high beams on. I have no idea why and maybe they don't teach people how to drive with them anymore. Why you'd use them in a well lit city is beyond me and even in the suburbs around here it's not usually necessary.

The newer (blue?) lights don't bother me, two of our vehicles have them and I'm positive they aren't brighter than the older ones. They just look different.
I can't stand when someone has their high beams on. They do bother my eyes--it hurts! I'll flicker mine to let them know and usually they'll turn theirs off. Sometimes they don't so as long as no one else is behind them, I'll turn mine back on---till they 'get it' and turn them off.

It doesn't bother me to drive at night.
The other night we were driving into the setting sun. It was awful. I couldn't wait until we turned to get out of that situation.

When I close where I work, it's dark and there is a dangerous turn I must make where I angle down slightly and waiting cars are angled slightly upward so their light shines directly in my eyes. Also there are those extremely bright lights with a blue cast that are very uncomfortable to see.
I got a pair of night driving glasses by Novatica ($26.97), polarized, from amazon and I LOVE them! Looking straight into the brightest light is totally comfortable! What a difference! Whoopie!!!!!
Does anyone else have night glasses?
Thank you for the tip. I do not like driving at night because of the bright lights on other vehicles. I will take a look at the glasses you are referring to. Have a great Sunday![]()

Can also be solved by a full sized pickup. Man those things are high.

Unless I'm in an area that I'm familiar with, I avoid driving at night.Per DNA testing I had done a couple of years, I have night blindness, courtesy of both parents.

No issues.

Only in that I feel that those who are 'up to no good' tend to find it easier to stalk their prey after sunset.
